The Planning Board voted 9-0 to recommend that a 4.37-acre lot next to the former Sunnymead landfill be added to the redevelopment area, with no condemnation. The 303 Amwell Road warehouse application was withdrawn after the township acquired the property.

What was decided
- Amended Sunnymead Landfill Redevelopment Area, preliminary investigation report. The planning director presented the report adding Block 182, Lot 6 (about 4.37 acres, in a residential zone) next to the 10.7-acre former landfill. He told the board it was not being asked to approve a project, pick a developer, change zoning or authorize eminent domain. The board voted 9-0 to recommend that the Township Committee designate the lot a non-condemnation area in need of redevelopment. The Committee did so on March 24, 2026.
- 303 Amwell Road (JMJ4 ABEEL LLC), file 21-PB-17-MSPV: listed as withdrawn. The board was told the township had acquired the property.
- Resolutions for two other applications (25-PB-03-SV and 24-PB-09-MSV) were memorialized without dissent.
