The Master Plan reexamination
The draft minutes record Planning Director Mark Healey telling the Board that the Township’s comprehensive ten-year reexamination of the Master Plan was “very quickly coming due in the first quarter of 2026”. He said the Board would need to adopt a reexamination by early February 2026, that he would prepare a draft, and that he would ask the Historic, Agricultural Preservation, Environmental and Open Space committees for comments. He said the Open Space Commission might recommend updating the 2013 Open Space plan, and that a draft Master Plan for the B-I zone had been prepared that the Board might hear in the future. See master plan reexamination.
No member of the public spoke during general public comment.
