- Ronald Anastasio, P.E., SRVSA’s director, said the authority has grown and its administration building needs upgrades. - Sherwin Ulep, P.E., assistant director, responsible for design and construction, addressed the professionals’ comments on sewer pipes, elevation, laterals and connections; asked by members about wastewater, he said untreated water is not discharged.
- Thomas J. Fik, P.E., of Carroll Engineering, said the project clears an area that had held tanks and builds the building with parking, a driveway, an accessible ramp, sidewalks and utilities, under the maximum allowed coverage. Asked about flooding, he said a stormwater report complying with the rules would be submitted.
- Engineer Burr asked whether SRVSA would maintain the stormwater system (Mr. Anastasio agreed) and proposed fencing around the abandoned pipes (Mr. Ulep agreed). Timothy J. Margolin of DRG Architects presented the design.
