- The minutes of February 17, 2026 were adopted.
- Wine Outlet Bridgewater LLC (25-012-PB), Block 349, Lot 5, 155 Promenade Blvd., Suite A-08: the memorializing resolution was adopted on a motion by Mr. Pappas, seconded by Mr. Bongiorno (ayes Sikora, Pappas, Magura, Choudhury, Bongiorno, Wang, as the minutes record them).
- Whitney Drive Urban Renewal LLC (25-019-PB), Block 511, Lot 3 (Whitney Court East): the memorializing resolution was adopted on a motion by Mr. Choudhury, seconded by Mr. Pappas. The agenda lists the application as a preliminary and final major site plan with a D variance and bulk variances, decided April 7. See Fourth Round housing.
- Wheatsworth Properties Urban Renewal, LLC (25-026-PB), Cornell Blvd. and Routes 202/206: the hearing was adjourned to June 16, 2026 without further notice. See Cornell Boulevard housing.
- Ms. Probst reminded the Board of a special meeting, off site, on June 2 for the New Jersey American Water and Rann Moshea applications.
