What happened
The Planning Board did not meet on March 11, 2026. The record for the date is a public notice headed “PUBLIC NOTICE — PLANNING BOARD — TOWNSHIP OF WARREN — COUNTY OF SOMERSET,” filed on the township’s Agenda Center page for the meeting.
The notice reads: “PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Planning Board Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 11, 2026 has been cancelled. The next scheduled meeting is tentatively March 25, 2026.”
It gives no reason for the cancellation and lists no agenda items, resolutions or applications. Because the meeting did not take place, the Board took no votes on March 11 and no site plan, subdivision or ordinance-consistency item was acted on that evening.
The same notice restates the Board’s standing arrangements: “All Planning Board meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. in the Susie B. Boyce Meeting Room, 44 Mountain Boulevard, Warren, New Jersey.”
The Board’s next meeting, on March 25, 2026, went ahead. Its minutes record approval of resolution PB 25-05 for Flamingo Builders LLC at 69, 71 and 73 Old Stirling Road, 3–0 with three members ineligible; PB 25-01A for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York at 15 and 45 Mountain View Road, 6–0; and PB 25-03 for CRC Communities at Warren Crest, LLC at 108 and 110 Mount Bethel Road, 6–0. The Board also found the AH-6 Affordable Housing District ordinance consistent with the Master Plan, 6–0.
