Committee agendas post in the Township AgendaCenter before each meeting; residents can ask about the program during privilege of the floor or request the 2018 license agreement from the Township Clerk.

Warren’s Park and Ride uses 50 parking spaces on part of 300 Warren Corporate Center Drive (Block 37, Lot 13.03), under a Parking License Agreement dated Aug. 9, 2018 with Warren CC Acquisitions, LLC.

On Nov. 13, 2025 the Township Clerk told the Committee that 2026 passes would be issued by lottery, with the drawing on Dec. 10, 2025. The first 50 names drawn receive a pass and the rest go on a numbered wait list; the process would be “heavily advertised.” Administrator Mark Krane referred to “complaints about overcrowded buses” and said the Township was looking at other options and “doing everything possible to keep this program going.” The minutes give no number of applicants and no length for the wait list.

Extensions. Resolution 2025-292, adopted Dec. 11, 2025, extended the license from Jan. 1 through March 31, 2026; it recites an earlier extension through Dec. 31, 2025 by Resolution 2025-145 of June 26, 2025. Resolution 2026-096, adopted March 12, 2026, extended it again, April 1 through June 30, 2026, on the same terms. Neither resolution states a rent or other payment.

On Dec. 11, 2025 resident Jaymin Patel spoke in support of expanding the facility. On Jan. 6, 2026 Deputy Mayor Kian listed “improvements to the park-and-ride program” among her priorities. On March 12, 2026 Committeemen McCarey and Blick discussed “continued efforts to expand the program,” and on April 16, 2026 Blick’s liaison report listed “Continue to assist residents with Park & Ride.”

After June 30, 2026. No extension, renewal or replacement agreement appears in the Committee minutes of July 16 or Aug. 20, 2026, or in the Sept. 24, Oct. 8 and Oct. 22, 2026 agendas reviewed for this page; LocalWhy has not reviewed the Sept. 24 or Oct. 22 minutes. LocalWhy has not reviewed any later license, and the 2018 agreement itself is not among the records reviewed, so its rent, term and renewal rights are not established here.
