What was decided
- Specialty Assays, Inc., file 23-PB-16-SPV, 56 Old Camplain Road: a one-year extension, through July 10, 2027, of the minor site plan approval for a 4,869-square-foot research addition. Approved 8-0.
- 480 Hillsborough RD LLC, file 25-PB-19-SV: a minor subdivision splitting about 4.851 acres into three single-family lots, two with driveways from Lydon Drive. Two objectors took part. Counsel for one, a neighboring owner, argued that the notice was defective. After a hearing that ran to about 10 pm, the board voted 8-0 to carry the application to September 3, 2026 without further notice, and to extend its decision deadline to October 31, 2026.
