What was decided
- Consent items 1–4 were unanimously approved: a request for proposals for a Zoning Board attorney, alternate municipal prosecutors, the Somerset Valley YMCA 5K, and moving members between Planning Board seats.
Public comment
- Fox Chase Pond: a resident said the NJDEP funds for restoring the pond “have to be used by December 31, 2026”, and asked whether the work would be done over the summer.
- A resident asked how the township would handle zoning if federal property in town were sold to a private owner.
- A resident asked that Zoning Board of Adjustment meetings be videotaped. They are not recorded now.
