What was decided
- Adopted Ord. 2026-03, the Mindel tract easement sale (roll call; no dissent recorded). The ordinance says the township bought the 440.327-acre tract on January 6, 2022 for $14,000,000, and that the SADC price is $30,600 per acre with both optional restrictions.
- Adopted Ord. 2026-02 (salary ranges).
- The consent agenda was unanimously approved. It included:
- R-131-2026: a Fourth Round housing settlement with Murray Contracting and Homestead Corner LLC.
- R-132-2026: a Sunnymead Road lot designated an area in need of redevelopment.

- R-138-2026: a Fourth Round housing settlement with Robertson Douglas.
