Ms. Gioia showed a 33-second video she took of traffic at the site and asked for a supplemental traffic study, saying the driveway onto Route 22 is unsafe; Chairman Kulak said the project’s limited traffic does not require a full traffic study and that the Board would weigh the difference of opinion. Mr. Faccone said he opposed the building as a direct neighbor, and Mr. Adimulam asked that it not be approved. Mr. Banga asked to submit a document prepared by his group.
- Carried to July 14, 2026 without further notice, with the applicant extending the Board’s time to decide through that date.
