What happened
What the agenda lists
The Zoning Board of Adjustment held a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. Its final agenda lists two initial hearings:
- Mananavkumar Shah (App. #25-017-ZB), Block 545 Lot 14, 261 Leeham Street: bulk variances for added patio space, a walkway to the yard and other accessory structures in the future.
- Jeffrey Hinkle (App. #25-011-ZB), Block 254 Lot 18, 66 Finderne Avenue: a bifurcated use variance to permit residential use on the first floor and basement, with the existing medical spa remaining on the second floor of the 2.5-story building.
This is the agenda’s listing, not a record of what happened. LocalWhy has not yet reviewed minutes of this meeting. Later records show both cases continuing. The June 9 agenda lists the Shah case as a “continuance from 3/10/26” with added D(4) floor-area relief; the July 28 minutes say its bulk variances had been granted at the prior hearing but, because that resolution was not adopted, the Board re-voted the whole application and approved it. The Hinkle application was approved on August 25, according to the township’s notice of decision. See land use applications.
