Resolutions memorialized
The township’s notice of decision, dated October 8, 2026, states that three approvals were memorialized at this meeting. See land use applications.

Millington Baptist Church (ZB26-011)
The application proposes consolidating the two lots and adding 38 parking spaces, from 150 to 188, where 386 are required (application forms). The township’s application folder holds exhibits dated October 6 and 7, 2026. The township’s recording of the meeting shows the Board voted 7-0 to approve the application. This outcome will be checked against the minutes once they are posted. The Board’s memorializing resolution, which will state its conditions, was not on the October 28 or November 4 agendas.
150 Allen Road litigation
The agenda listed an executive session on the Signature Acquisitions lawsuit, which challenges the Board’s 2024 denial of application ZB22-028 at 150 Allen Road. Patch reported on Oct. 5, 2026 that a Superior Court judge ruled on Sept. 29, 2026 that the Board must consider the applicant’s request for reconsideration. TAPinto reported on Oct. 13, 2026 that the Board took no action on the Allen Road application at this meeting, that no hearing date had been set, and that the public will be able to take part once a hearing is noticed. See 150 Allen Road.
