It was the only hearing on the agenda.
The application so far. Testimony was taken on November 20, 2025, February 19, 2026 and April 16, 2026 (see those meetings), when the hearing was carried to July 2, 2026. It was then on the Board’s agendas on September 24, October 1 and October 15, 2026. The relief sought is from two conditions of the site’s earlier approval, on hours of operation and on parking, plus final site plan approval.
