- Ord. 4517-26 (“Amendment for updates regarding cluster subdivisions and related ordinance updates”), referred by the Council for review: marked “APPROVED” on the agenda. The attached ordinance is titled “Amend Land Development - MP #2 Recommendations”. The Board had sent the Council the draft cluster changes on June 17, 2026. It keeps the Natural Resource Preservation Cluster and eliminates the Agricultural Cluster; its summary says about 30 parcels totalling over 1,000 acres have been preserved through clustering.
