Planning Board — June 9, 2026

The Planning Board’s minutes of this regular meeting, approved at its July 14 meeting, are on the Township’s Documents-On-Demand portal, linked from its Agendas/Minutes page, in the Planning Board minutes folder. Chairman Chabrak called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m. Present were Chairman Chabrak, Mr. Hambro, Mr. McLoughlin, Ms. Cook, Mr. Verbeke and Mr. Russoniello, with Board Attorney Christopher Sobieski. Councilwoman Columbus, Councilman Owens and Mr. McCartney were absent. The minutes record that no members of the public were present.

GDB International, 68 County Line Road

The Board adopted Resolution No. PB 2026-013 for GDB International, Inc., Block 9.01, Lot 3.06, 68 County Line Road, Case No. 2023-003P PFSP Amended II (an amended preliminary and final site plan case). It was adopted on motion of Mr. Hambro, seconded by Mr. Verbeke. Recorded vote: 5–0 (Aye: Chabrak, Hambro, McLoughlin, Verbeke, Russoniello; not eligible: Cook).

There were no applications and no other business on the agenda.

Other business

The minutes of the May 12 regular meeting were approved on motion of Mr. Russoniello, seconded by Mr. Hambro, 5–0 (Ms. Cook not eligible). The Board received the March/April 2026 issue of The NJ Planner. Two claims totaling $825.00 were approved on motion of Ms. Cook, seconded by Mr. Hambro, 6–0 (Aye: Chabrak, Hambro, McLoughlin, Cook, Verbeke, Russoniello). The Board’s professionals had no comments. The meeting adjourned at 7:38 p.m. on motion of Mr. Hambro, seconded by Ms. Cook.
