Roads
The consent agenda included:
- #2026-0409, rejecting all five bids for the 2026 road improvements, received September 9, 2026, because the low bid, Reivax Contracting Corp. at $2,284,399.60, exceeded the amount allocated. The resolution says “diesel and asphalt prices have hit record highs” and that the project will be rebid when bidding can be optimized.
- #2026-0408, amending DLS Contracting, Inc.’s contract for the NJDOT-funded Lake Road improvements: unforeseen utility relocations caused delays, so completion moves three weeks, from October 20 to November 10, 2026, at no added cost.
