Applications
- ZB25-040 131 Morristown Rd LLC, 131 Morristown Road (Block 801 Lot 2): per the Planner’s memo, all items not previously waived had been submitted. Deemed complete; public hearing set for April 16, 2026. See 131 Morristown Road townhomes.
- ZB25-035 CIG Mt Airy LLC, 180-188 Mt. Airy Road (Block 2401 Lot 3), major subdivision and “d” variances for conditional use and floor area ratio: waivers for items 5-7 and a partial waiver for item 8; items 1-4 still to be submitted. Deemed incomplete.
- ZB25-001A LaTorre, 4 Colts Glen Lane: Condition #9 of a 2025 approval amended to extend the deadline to begin the project to May 7, 2027. The Planner said no zoning changes had occurred since the approval.
- ZB25-033 Callanan, 3469 Valley Road (continued from February 4): a new survey showed less existing coverage than first stated, and a drywell was added. Approved under the c(1) and c(2) criteria.
- ZB25-034 Hodgkins, 10 Colonial Drive: an 18 x 38 ft in-ground pool with patio, needing lot coverage, driveway setback and pool location variances. The Planner noted the lot’s coverage conformed before the zone changed from R-6 to R-4. Approved.
- ZB26-001 Fallone, 79 Culberson Road: lot width and improvable lot area variances to replace a house with a new one that meets the front setback. The Planner said riparian and other environmental constraints mean none of the surrounding lots meet every zone requirement. Approved.
- ZB25-011 Vesuvio, 22 Sentry Court: a revised site plan sent the day before showed more driveway coverage and an added driveway setback variance; the professionals had not reviewed it. Carried to April 8 at the applicants’ request.
