The Board's last meeting of 2025. At the applicant's request it adjourned Fellowship Village's annual parking report (PB13-006C) to January 20, 2026, met in executive session on its 2026 professionals and authorized the Chairwoman to proceed with them, and cancelled the December 16 and January 6 meetings, each 8-0.

Attendance
Present: Crane, Cuozzo, Ladyzinski, Manduke, Mastrangelo (Chairwoman), Rubino, Seville and Tancredi. Absent: Eorio, O’Malley and Smith (the absences of Eorio and Smith were excused). Also present: Board Attorney Joseph Tauriello, Esq., Township/Board Planner David Schley, PP, AICP, and Board Secretary Joanne Slaman. Every roll call below was 8-0 (ayes Crane, Cuozzo, Ladyzinski, Manduke, Mastrangelo, Rubino, Seville, Tancredi).

Professionals for 2026
The Board went into executive session at 7:38 p.m. so that the Board Attorney could advise on the employment and terms of the professionals it appoints, and returned at 8:08 p.m. On motion by Crane, seconded by Tancredi, the Board authorized Chairwoman Mastrangelo “to proceed with the Board Professionals for 2026 as discussed in the Executive Session.”
Minutes and other business
- Minutes of October 21, 2025 (regular and executive sessions) adopted.
- Crane said that at the Township Committee’s recent meeting the Zoning Board of Adjustment presented its report for the past year “with recommendations regarding impervious coverage.”
- Members thanked the Chairwoman; the minutes note that some members would not return in 2026.
- The December 16, 2025 and January 6, 2026 meetings were cancelled (motion Manduke, second Seville). The meeting adjourned at 8:18 p.m.
