The first of two remote 2026 budget hearings. The Township Manager and department heads presented their 2026 budgets, from the Municipal Court and Tax Assessor to Finance and "all other budget lines". No member of the public commented, and no votes were taken.

What happened
The budget hearing was held remotely on Zoom. All nine members were present: Anbarasan, Francois, Kharazi, Kramer, Onyejiaka, Singh, Uddin, Vassanella and Wright. Chief Finance Officer Rossana Gutierrez attended with the Manager and Clerk. The public discussion drew no comments, and the minutes record no votes.
The minutes list these 2026 budget presentations, made by the Township Manager with department heads:
- Municipal Court (Keila Martinez, Court Administrator);
- Human Resources (Raven Williams, HR Director);
- Tax Assessor (John Gillooly) and Tax Collector (Tiffany Esquilin, Collector of Revenue);
- Planning/Zoning, the Historic and Environmental Commissions, and Engineering (Mark Healey, Director of Land Use);
- Fire Prevention (John Hauss) and Construction Code (Barry Wilbur);
- Recreation (Stephen Dahl) and the Youth Center (Windy White);
- Municipal Clerk, Mayor and Council, and Elections (Ann Marie McCarthy, Township Clerk);
- Purchasing, the Manager’s office and Economic Development (Robert Vornlocker, Township Manager);
- Finance (Rossana Gutierrez, CFO) and all other budget lines (the CFO and the Manager).
