- PB22-005C, Fellowship Village Inc., Block 9301 Lot 33 and Block 9401 Lot 9, 8000 Fellowship Road and 55 Allen Road. Attorney Kenneth D. McPherson III (FBT Gibbons) asked to modify Conditions #1 and #14 again: plans signed by December 31, 2026, permits by June 30, 2027, and the approvals extended to October 3, 2027. He said the applicant had recently received comments from the Somerset County Planning Board. Schley summarized two 2024 township ordinance changes, on tree removal and replacement and on drainage rules to meet DEP requirements. Engineer Daniel J. Dougherty (Dynamic Engineering) said he had not finished calculations on how the drainage changes would affect the stormwater design. The Board asked him to complete them and review them with the Board and Township Engineers, including whether amended site plan approval would be needed. Carried to September 8 (later carried to October 6 at the applicant’s request). See land use applications.
