Applications
- ZB25-032 Church Street Properties, Ltd., 30 Church Street (Block 9301 Lot 20): preliminary and final site plan with a d(4) floor-area-ratio variance and design exceptions for a two-story rear addition and parking changes. Ronald A. Treveloni, Jr. testified that the tenant, Trevcon Construction, a family business, has outgrown its space and has employees only, no client visits. The applicant’s engineer said parking would go from 23 to 32 spaces with one EV make-ready space and stormwater to an expanded drywell system; the architect said the street side would not change; the applicant’s planner said floor area was the only variance and the proposal fits the historic districts. The applicant asked for 18 months instead of 12 to obtain a certificate of occupancy. Approved, 7-0 (Aye Baumann, Herrera, Kraus, Lindeman, Pochtar, Silver, Trapp; D’Andrea and Ladyzinski ineligible). See land use applications.
- ZB25-011 Vesuvio, 22 Sentry Court: carried to May 6 at the applicants’ request; they extended the Board’s time to act to May 31, 2026.

- ZB23-015 Purdum and Yau, 14 Columbia Road: dismissal without prejudice of a 2023 bulk-variance application deemed incomplete in July 2023, on condition that escrow deficiencies be paid. 7-0 (Aye Baumann, Herrera, Kraus, Lindeman, Pochtar, Silver, Trapp; Ladyzinski and D’Andrea ineligible).
