Minutes and other business
The January 7 minutes were adopted. The Planner reported that the Pingry landscaping committee had met on site; Silver said the committee was satisfied and the applicant chose to plant more trees rather than pay into the tree fund. Chairwoman Baumann cancelled the February 12 special meeting. The meeting adjourned at 10:21 PM.
Public participation
Two people spoke, both on the Vesuvio pool and both from Washington Valley Road in Bridgewater. Alfonso Auriemma asked how deep the excavation would be and where rainwater would go. Waltraud Bolan asked about runoff and pool leaks, future variances and whether there would be paid events. No one spoke on ZB25-033 or ZB25-038.
